Refund Eligibility

At ZephyrSoie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Items are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase is required
  • Final sale items marked "non-refundable" are excluded

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your ZephyrSoie account and navigate to "Order History"
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and complete the return request form
  3. You will receive a prepaid return label via email within 1-2 business days
  4. Package your return securely and ship it back using the provided label

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited
  • You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We currently offer size exchanges for most items. To request an exchange:

  1. Follow the standard return process
  2. Indicate your desired size in the return notes
  3. We will ship the new size once we receive your return

If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the damage/defect
  • We will arrange for a free return and full refund or replacement

International Returns

For international orders:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Customs fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be issued in the original currency
